Meet Brad, the founder and owner of BTB Home Loans.​ His career in the mortgage industry began directly after graduating from Florida State University, in 2003, with a degree in Finance. In 2006, he relocated to Austin, TX, and met his wife a year later.

​

While his initials are B.T., the name BTB actually stands for "Burn The Boats," symbolizing the full commitment to a mission. Buying a home can be daunting, and the BTB mentality drives us to overcome challenges and see the process through to completion.

 

Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, fishing, supporting Austin FC and the occasional day trip to the Hill Country. He's called Dripping Springs home since 2017, where him and his wife are kept busy with their 2 boys soccer and competitive swimming schedules.

Jae was raised in Missoula, Montana, where she developed a deep appreciation for wildlife and the great outdoors. She later found herself in need of some warmer weather, and eventually made her way down to Texas.​

 

In 2020 she dove head first into the dynamic and fast-paced mortgage industry. The excitement of the booming market fueled her eagerness to learn, and she quickly found herself captivated by the intricate art of structuring loans. The meticulous attention to detail required in this field both challenges and inspires her every day.

In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, offshore fishing, hunting arrowheads, honing in her marksmanship with her compound bow, and curling up with a good book, accompanied by her ever-faithful canine companion, River.
